Thank you to SGT for their continued monthly financial support, with out you the centre would not be open. The funds from SGT are used to cover the centre's water, lights, rates, garden service and other fixed expenses. SGT also kindly maintains the building and helps whenever we have a need for an electrician, plumber and such emergencies.

NKCC Church 

NKCC Church in England generously donated funds in early 2006 which have been used to pay for all of the needs to enrol 8 children into good schools in Atlantis.

With the funds from NKCC church, we took the learners shopping and got them new school clothes, school shoes, bags, stationary and everything they would need for school. They were so excited they were jumping up and down when they had all their new kit on. It was so wonderful to see the happiness on their faces; some of them have never had a pair of school shoes, a proper uniform, a school bag or a warm school jacket before.

Their fist day at school went very well, they all came home very happy and said they had made allot of friends, they were all excited to go back to school the next day. The children are currently very far behind their peers but with love, care and time given to them by the teachers and ourselves they will catch up. The teachers at the school are busy assessing the children to see where they are academically and what extra lessons are needed.

We would really like to say a very big 'thank you' for the generosity NKCC Church has shown for these children. You have provided the means to set in motion changes that will definitely brighten their future.
